Homemade Popsicles

Diane gifted me a few of those plastic popsicle molds and Liv ran into them a while back and wanted to know what they were for.  When I told her they were for making popsicles, she got pretty excited about the idea of that.  So, I threw making popsicles on the summer bucket list.  And we finally got around to it one day.  We made strawberry/greek yogurt popsicles sweetened with honey.  And while they tasted good, I always feel like homemade popsicles have this super icy texture that I have never surpassed.  Still it was a fun activity.  They kids helped me fill all the popsicle molds and then once frozen invited all their friends over to come have a popsicle.
