Our ward has had a tradition for 30 years of staying overnight in the Mower’s cabin in Fairview. The YM go one weekend and the YW go another in the winter. They often go sledding, have dinner, have a testimony meeting, stay up all night long and then head home exhausted. This year Liv brought her guitar and serenaded everyone.
She also brought a million face masks and spa stuff (including a massage gun) and all the girls had a spa night. I tried to get some sleep rather than stay up all night long and succeeded a little.
In the morning we had breakfast, cleaned up and headed back home. It’s a wonderful faith-filled tradition.
