Babi bought London an orthopedic bed for her old doggie joints. She actually loves it and lies on it all the time.
I snapped this pic of her the other day when she way sitting in the middle of all 3 kids while all 3 kids were petting her at the same time.
Derek agreed to let the boys take home the chicks they hatched in their 2nd grade class this year (unfortunately 2 out of 3 ended up being roosters).
He also told a neighbor we could take 4 mature egg laying chickens from a neighbor who was selling their chicken property. So on the same day we got 3 baby chicks and 4 mature chickens. We went from zero to seven chickens in a day. London quite likes the chickens and doesn’t seem like she will eat them, though I was a little worried about that at first.
Camden loves these new bigger chickens because they will let him pick them up.
I like them because they are excellent layers. And lastly, Tanner and Karlee got a pet snake. We took the kids to visit one night and they all took a turn holding the snake.
