The End of Winter

For the first time ever, the kids actually got a snow day this year and had no school!  The only weird thing was...we didn't have much snow down at our house.  We literally had to drive up to the mountains to go sledding which is exactly what we did.  We took a couple of Liv's friends with us and went up to Big Springs (our favorite place to sled because they usually have snow and usually no one else is there).

The boys and I grabbed Camden's best friend Caleb and went to Lego time at the library one day.  The boys all had fun creating masterpieces to display in the glass display cases for the week.

One night when the boys were at a basketball game, Liv convinced me to take her to Olive Garden for dinner (one of her current favs).  She loves their soup and salad.

The whole fam went to one jazz game this year.

I got a laugh out of this poster about AR sounds displayed in the hallway.  You can clearly tell Carter wrote the word Fart, but then thought better of it and erased the F just leaving ART.

We got into a bad habit this winter of missing the bus and me always having to drive the kids into school.  I sent this picture of the boys playing battleship in the pjs downstairs to Derek one morning and he said, "this is why you guys always miss the bus."

It's official Camden needs his tonsils out.  He failed his sleep oximeter overnight test.  This is a picture of all the kids in the waiting room of the ENT before we found out.  Liv and Carter insisted on coming, but I told them they couldn't be wild and crazy--wasn't expecting them to literally be allowed to act like zoo animals.
