On the annual 7/11 free slurpee day we had the exciting
opportunity to go boating for the first time of the year with Uncle Jon. The kids and I got our free slurpees, picked
up Subway sandwiches to everyone and soon after Jon and Tanner pulled up to our
house with their boat in tow to head to Deer Creek. The kids love boating and don’t even mind the
frigid water.
Tanner joined all the kids
on the tube.
And despite my slight fear
of messing up my newly and finally back to normal knee I gave the wake board a
go. It was a great day.
